Celebrate Goldshell’s 3-YEAR Anniversary in August!

In the last 3year, we’ve shipped our packages to more than 200 countries, from lovely BOX miners, and Quiet home-mining LITE series to the Powerful Professional series. We are hoping more people have access and enjoy easy mining.

All Goldshell team sincerely thank all our friends and customers for another year of support. We’ll continue to grow and provide better service in the future!

New Product | Updated Price

Goldshell Best seller – Kadena miners have been updated price start WK1 as weekly restock. Not only apply to all Kaneda series, but also HS LITE miner.
Meantime, Our new product SC6 SE with 17TH/S hash rate and 3330W consumption was first launched on August 12th.

New Start on Discord

A well-organized, systematic, and more fun platform, the Discord server has been set up. There are #Announcements, #Rules, #Welcome, #Miner-discussion, #suggestions, # events, #photos and more channels.

Special Designed MINI-DOGE PRO Giveaway was closed on Aug 30th, and many new and old friends attended and shared their fancy miner photos! The Winner will announce to the public soon. We sincerely thank all of our audience participants.

Support Updated:

  1. One-tap upgrade firmware via Hub Cloud Platform

Login Hub platform with your Goldshell account. Choosing ‘Upgrade’ will upgrade firmware automatically, without the need to download from GitHub.

2. How to keep in touch with the Goldshell team?

Login to your account and click [support-contact us], and the page will redirect to Support Center – Goldshell Official. Click and check [ticket progress]- {My request}. Select the ticket you want to reply to the Goldshell support team.

3. Lookup your Warranty

The new website allows you to enter serial number information and retrieve warranty status. Enter up to sixteen serial numbers in the fields below and click “Continue“.
Use your warranty products to find support or submit and manage support cases.
